Prosecco DOCG of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene
The land of choice for Prosecco is the territory of the Marca Gioiosa et Amorosa, especially the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene to which the homonymous denomination is entitled. The Strada del Prosecco is the itinerary that winds through hills, vineyards, flavors and history, hunting for all the secrets that this flagship of Trevigianità in the world. The Prosecco Frizzante is suitable as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers, unprocessed first courses and even quick snacks. The Prosecco Tranquillo should be served on delicate hors d’oeuvres, especially from the sea, with little elaborate first courses or seasoned with fish-based sauces, vegetable soups and grilled or steamed fish. From a small cru in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, thanks to the admirable geo-climatic combination, you get the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze, sparkling wine of excellent quality and renowned. The taste is sweet and dense since the color, the inviting and ample scents, the round taste. Excellent with desserts and small pastries.
